Dress code

Students are allowed to wear shorts for their uniforms. 
NOTE: Only Monday through Thursday since we attend Friday mass.

REMINDER: Khaki pleated shorts should be no more than three inches above the knee.

Today reports cards went out. Please make sure you sign the yellow form and the envelope and return. Thank you !

•  Thursday, April 11th: PTP/ Talent show at 7:00 PM.
•  Friday, April 12th: Pep Rally at 2:30 PM
• Movie Night: "Rise of the Guardians" at 7:00 PM. Come join us for an evening with your family ! The admission is only ONE canned food per person.

• Sunday, April 14th: All school mass @ 11:00 AM. Food sale after the afternoon masses.

WINTER coat drive: Please support JHS in collecting gently used coats. There is a container in the Elementary building and one in front of the office.


EARLY RELEASE noon dismissal on Thursday, March 28th (No lunch or ESD). Please make the adequate arrangements to have your child picked up on time.

NO SCHOOL Friday, March 29th through Tuesday, April 2nd. Classes resume on Wednesday, April 3rd. Enjoy your Easter break.

• Orders and money for Flower fundraiser is due. Please send it with your child or return it to the office
• Vision tests (for those that signed permission slips) will be around 9:30 AM
• Permission slips for the Trike-a-thon are to be turned in. Money collected from family and friends can be turned in on the day of the trike-a-thon

FRIDAY 
You are invited to join us for an evening of entertainment and a nice dinner.
 The 8th Graders will be having their  dinner/play, Larceny and Old Lace.  

• Dinner will begin at 6:00 serving cheese enchiladas, rice, beans, drink and dessert.  
• Play will begin at 7:30.  

Advance ticket prices are $15.00 for adults and $8.00 for children for the dinner and play.  Tickets may be purchased at the door for $18.00 for adults.  Advance tickets may be purchased at the school office.

FRIDAY and WEEKEND

Hello:

First of all THANKS to all who contributed in one way or another to the Gala dinner. We had a great time !

This has been a very busy week (Valentine's celebrations and the beginning of Lent). Friday we will be attending 8:00 AM mass service and at 2:30 we will meditate the Stations of the Cross in the Church. The students will be taking some cards home with sight words PLEASE review with them whenever possible (in the car, before bed, on your way to school, at the grocery line, etc). This will help them as they are starting to read and write sentences.

Reminder that no school on Monday in observance to President's Day. Have a wonderful 3-day weekend.
